Which is vulgarity in it's own as it was talked about in a negative manner from what I can understand from your post.
The swearfilter being able to be disabled doesn't mean you're free to harrass or make vulgar statements about people, it's just an option so you can curse in a non-targetting way.

Once again, I'm not worried about Ms Bad in any way I've completely scratched her case I could care less (sorry ma'am) and it is also true that it can't just be used to harass people BUT HELLO there shouldn't even be an option to jail some body over vulgarity because if you using vulgarity freely that's fine just whatever but if it comes to the point where someone has to jail you or somebody else gets mad at you for using it, most likely that is because you are harassing them in which case that would be harassment not just using vulgar language. Give me any example of a reason someone could be jailed for vulgarity without harassing someone else.
