Actually, I had a gralat problem some months ago I had emailed to Xor. I actually received the gralats with a spare iTunes credit, but they disappeared and went back to the exact number before I bought them when I logged on my computer. Weird, huh?

Anyways, I emailed Xor just as Azrael pointed out above (thanks to Vyse and his direction + help, thanks buddy!), and my problem was sorted out. Xor gets many emails and other notifications from all different servers, and he also has a life outside Graal just like all (if not, most ;)) of us. However, you can take it from me firsthand; Emailing Xor about your problems will work if you do so correctly, as Az pointed out above. Don't give up or not even try because you think you will not get an answer... It really does work.

Option #2, although you may become suspicious to iTunes if you do it too often or too much.
