It was all about scams. People would stand there saying that you had to drop 10 bombs or how many ever in their farm... basically 'farm for me and I'll come let you into my house.'

Then they would either never go and let the poor noobies in their house or else they would just have nothing inside and laugh all the way to the bank. Time consuming, yes. Preventative, not so much.
