I mean my civilisation in civ 5 is a complete dictatorship and my people are extremely happy so clearly dictatorship is the way to go

I was playing a SNES Sim City-esque game and 9/10ths of my town was industrial and most of my citizens had a third eye, but they were extremely happy. Industrial America ftw!
