I use playboxhd and also i'm not downloading the videos i'm watching from the app and i'm not selling it on or anything. I'll have to look on a gov website to see the exact rules.

Regardless of whether you're just streaming it's still illegal and is piracy. It's your call whether you want to keep it up, I doubt anything would happen other than potentially getting a letter from your ISP.
