couple points: go 1600 not 1600x on my part list (anyone can edit it i think)
i cant open your build's link. id prob play it safe and get some 550w gold psu. it'll last longer and you dont have to worry as much.
He can probably skate by with that PSU.

If you include everything...processor, ram sticks, hard drives, wireless card, mouse, keyboard and if he decides to max out his air flow with 7 complete fans...His Load wattage would be 340 W. |
this is the oldest point of confusion in the book. you dont skimp out on the psu because if it ****s your other components can also get ****ed
a bronze 450w psu trying to push "340 W" is basically pushing the thing to work. a platinum 550w would probably still have its fan off because its cruise control ezpz for it to power your system. i would also take those measurements with a grain of salt.
