No, you don't. Blackfires is doing well running a server with such nosy staff. Classic's admins on the other hand are managing the server very well because they don't share much information on projects with their staff. I don't blame Blackfires, he has to deal with zone's toxic players and staff almost everyday.

Blackfires isn't sharing information not because of toxic staff, but because he has nothing to share. There's a huge difference. Tashkin never shared important projects to most staff but things actually got done, staff did their jobs. You have some of the highest, most loyal staff that are leaving Zone because nothing is getting done, They're the staff that under Tashkin were the ones getting things done. If the highest staff aren't able to do anything, and the lower staff clearly aren't, then that means Blackfires is the only one doing anything, and we know that's not true at all.
Also reposting my points from the previously deleted thread since I believe they're valid astonishments as to why Zone has its current management issues.

2. On the point of the "salty" playerbase, yes. Blackfires said he doesn't read Graalians because of its toxicity, but it's funny because the Zone in-game forums are pretty much nothing but complaints and hate too. The entire playerbase is complaining, and Blackfires dismisses it as "toxic" rather than looking at it as a judgement on his disgraceful management.
3. Blackfires was an event staff on Delteria. So yes, he went from event staff straight to manager of a server he never played, all because he was in Carlito's pocket.
Even if he doesn't know how to manage something as simple as a goldfish, you gotta give him props for knowing how to scam the system in order to move himself up without displaying any talent or justification for his drastic promotion from event staff on Deltiera with 13 regular players (11 of which are staff) to manager of Zone.
