A paint job won't fix Zone and I think every manager has known that. They need activities, jobs, etc. that are new and related to the new theme/tileset (hopefully a new theme) and Zone doesn't have much, if any scripting resources at their disposal. I wouldn't blame them if the tileset holdup was because they want other stuff released with the tileset, but can't develop those other things.
