Just saying "Christians aren't perfect" does not exempt the atrocities that you see in these terror attacks by Muslims. I'm fully aware Christians aren't perfect, but you're much safer in a city filled with 1000 random Christians than you are with 1000 random Muslims. Not even close. The only point I'm trying to prove is that there is a systematic problem within the religion and many (not most) of those who follow it.

No it's not. I'm as safe in America living with 1,000 Christians as I am living with 1,000 Muslims. I'm not, however, as safe living with 1,000 Muslims in Syria as I am living with 1,000 Christians or Muslims in America. My point should be pretty easily interpreted.

Saying things like "Christianity was just like this in the past! The crusades!!" only help prove my point. If modern-day Islam is the same thing as Christianity from 2000 years ago, there's a big problem with Islam and its modernization.

Much of the racism in America was fed by Christianity. The KKK and Skinheads have and still use Christianity as the foundation/justification for their beliefs. The difference is that America is a developed country and has been able to minimize the racist beliefs and can prevent the spread of those ideologies now. Middle-Eastern countries haven't had that capability, which has allowed the radical ideology to spread and grow. America imposes law and order, which prevents current KKK/Skinheads from committing the acts they otherwise would commit. There's not a lot of law and order in many Middle-Eastern countries, and therefore these violent terroristic groups have been able to fester.
