I have no idea if development for babord has been delayed or slowed down or something (hopefully not cancelled), but I still have some ideas.
you get some gnomes from the green pipe outside the castle. You take them to their house in swamptown to reunite them with the gnomes already there. you defeat a few lizardons that pop out and jump into the gnome kingdom and defeat a couple gnomes who are lizardon spies. You talk to the king and he gives you a note and tells you to bring it to the royal blacksmith. You get there and he tells you he hasn't gotten any new shipments of supplies because of the lizardons blocking them off from babord. You then go through a portal he has made that takes you inside the locked room of the Northern Blacksmith shop in onnet town (if completed that quest) if that quest has not been completed then he will actually have the supplies to make the hammer. After obtaining the hammer, get rid of some pillars to get access to a little puzzle area with some lizardons. after getting to the end there will be a rare type of lizardon called the Hydrodon that shoots water rather than fire, it could have 16 health but maybe that's too much maybe 10 health would be better, I don't know. After defeating it, you would gain access to a new room where the Gnome princess would be held captive, talk to her and she will thank you and give you access to enter the locked door north of the house that requires a mouse morph in swamptown. I will be sharing some ideas for babord itself.
Ok so, once you get to babord you will do a few quests to have gnomes regain trust of humans since gnomes were enslaved by humans to make the railroads.
After doing that they will send you through the babord forest to see what's on the other side since they haven't known the correct path through the forest in years. on the other side will be the ruins of the babord asylum and inside it will seem like nothing because the stairs leading to the main part will be blocked by a table. this table will have a babord forest map on it. (later on the asylum could also be used for something else). bring the map back the the mayor of babord and he will make copies of the map and give one to you. go into the forest again and the incorrect paths will have kubol sprouts blocking it. (the correct path will be randomized for everyone).
Back on the other side of the forest some gnome construction workers will build a bridge connecting to delta and build a path over to the red lamp inn.
There will probably be railroads going through babord to connect delta and destiny.
There might as well be a tower.
Possible shop types: Furniture shop(s) Hat Shop(s) and hopefully an accessory shop.
The rest of the town that isn't used for quests, like destiny will probably either be
1.) unreachable (locked door, blocked by rocks and trees, but not hammers anymore of course)
2.) used for rps
3.) completely aesthetic (most might call it useless)
Destiny part 2 probably wont be released the hammer pillars all over the gmap if not needed will probably be removed and the ones blocking areas over will probably be replaced by rocks. the ones blocking a chest in stefans house might be removed as well as the chest. another option might be expanding the area inside the hammers so it is big enough for two chests, one could have a treasure map and the other one a gralat chest. the chest that is there now is just tiles so it's not really anything special to try to hack/glitch into. trust me I was very confused about it not opening when I first glitched into it but I now understand that they are just tiles.
Note: some of these ideas are based on actual content from the original Graal Classic.
