They gotten very bad at responding to tickets ever since the incident last year on March and they made the ticket system kinda shady not gonna lie, Before you had the website tell you if it was read, if it was being reviewed, Now it is all done by email and you will never know if they will respond or if they seen it, It has been somewhat a lazy system ever since that incident, They could at least reply with they can't help, Even with very serious matters they never reply, or even money issues, They tell you to leave a receipt of the purchase but you can't exactly do that on the web anymore and show them, And if you send it by email they just ignore, who would've thonked it
