Also I think animals almost instinctively avoid incest because they know that their offspring will have a pretty high chance of getting some messed up genes. (Yeah thats right Darkk, animals can think and we can at least observe that fact.)
The reason why the animals we see today even exist is because of genetic diversity that prevents certain species from being vulnerable to past diseases.
I feel like that is an odd comparison. Africa is such a large piece of land while Japan is just a tiny island.
The ratio of population vs habitable land is pretty off. There should be some population pyramids online that we can check.

I know, it's not the best comparison. Japan was the first example which came to my mind - I can't think of a whole continent which lacks newborns. Africa on the other hand has a huge birthrate without enough resources to support their own. It's causing a desertification around the Sahara states.
