Maybe coco's house is an example of what new guild houses would look like. The house has a lot of rooms. The shop would probably include expansions, such as a spar arena. Maybe even unique furniture (sets?), that could only be used in new guild house.

So higher ranks could buy a furniture like a door that adds a new room in your house /guild house (then you add it wherever you want) ? That would be awesome .
