It'd be a huge waste to give (1)member such a gift, also it would be super unfair towards the others that didn't get a gift.
My opinion is that only high ranks should be able to buy stuff with guildpoints for the whole guild.

New levels being constantly added for these so called collaborative guild houses? Sounds like even more lag. Already bad enough for houses and guild houses being made all the time. Although it would probably cost a ton of points to add a level.
