I sent a toonslab support ticket in febuary about a bugged purchase which I did not receive gralats for and I still havent gotten a response

I'm sure if you send them an email with the receipt they will reply within a week max depending how busy they are.
I find it hard to believe that they don't reply to stuff like this as I've emailed them countless times before and I've always had a reply , slowest being a week and fasterst being 2 days
