your gfx are pretty good, some things that could be worked on is the dimension on the hats ex. the feather hat has a good solid color base, but make it have more of a softer touch on the feather so it doesnt look to much of a cut out, and as the hat maybe put some more shading on it so that it has some more tones of green maybe darker at the bottom, mainly it depends on where the light is hitting the hat
