As much as I disagree with this guy generally...
I agree here.
And if there's any doubt, make an in game survey as to what every individual player would like to see development wise (five or ten questions, simple mulitple choice answers, each current player gets asked once, reward for the time with 100 gralats in order to motivate players to participate).

I mean, I would assume that hat updates don't take precedence over other content updates, and are worked on during downtime of the staff, (meaning that hat updates aren't taking the spot of other content that could be released), so I dont know why anyone would be flat out
opposed to them.
Though, I'm just assuming.
