...there could be an old lady added to the Castle's marketplace, pacing back and forth trying to look for a specific halloween item(event related). She won't tell you what she's looking for, but she'll give you a hint to start you off on the event.. Once you find the item within the castle, you can trade it with her and get a prize or just something cool/rare.
