Usually, the hats that reference other media only look slightly like the media they are referencing. They are vague enough to pass copyright laws. Only fans would be able to tell what is it from. However, a head with exact characteristics with a character on Tokyo Ghoul will be rejected, because it’s obvious who it is supposed to be.
