Unixmad is a bit of a sleaze. I remember when my account was banned for credit card fraud about 14 - 16 years ago. It was before P2P was introduced on PC, but required to play on the gold servers. I had foolishly let a friend upgrade my account (I think to help him farm on G2K1). Well anyways after I was banned I received an email from him telling me that I would need to send him a new credit card or he would report me to the police. I was 13 - 14 so quite naive and did as he told thinking he was doing me a favor (in reality he was blackmailing me). Thankfully I bought an unlimited Classic subscription and never continued to support him.

I've heard far, far, far more disturbing rumors about him, but I choose to believe they are fabricated.
