I've witnessed many many problems with graal, Things from glitches where people's accounts seem completely wiped and set to a noob account ( I know a person Erza who married someone and her account was erased it seems, she had no hats, hours, mounts . Anything. Luckily she reinstalled graal and signed back on and it came back, I also seen unfortunately some people who couldn't get thier account back).

I've seen first hand people get banned for 0 valid reason, my friend golden got banned right beside me for hacking and cheating, when he was doing absolutely nothing at all but standing by me and pming me about school subjects. I even got banned myself 3x in a row with a 2k hour ban for the most bs reasons, saying I was sexual and other things when I was just farming.

Among other things, I'd honestly would fire almost every current admin right now, The admins in graal are as good are horrible, they are honestly the some of the worst admins I've ever seen in any game, not the very worst. But pretty close to it. But they do have the worst support lab. Basically they don't even have a support section for help. Go figure.

If I had the power to, I'd fire almost every admin. and hire some people who can actually do the most basic of task that my 7 yr old nephew is capable of.
