They still had the railroads for as long as I've played Graal (since 2012) but they renovated them a whole bunch. Anybody else remember the railroad entrance into trees to the left of the burger refuge tables?

The lower entrance was where the OG adoption center was.
There was a way to glitch yourself into Lag Island from the upper entrance.
