Ya so they failed. Also I'm not really a big fan of alex jones i watch owen shroyer tho from infowars but alex jones is just for the laughs he believes in a lot of sketchy things which some might be false like when he said sandy hook's was a hoax and recently he admitted it actually happened.

That doesn’t mean they failed. It can also mean that the “new civil war” never was planned in the first place. The very people who picked up this rumor and ran with it was InfoWars, which is an organization which is not a reliable source. If you have information (articles?) about the threat of the new civil war or anything that said it was supposed to happen I would like to read them.
