What hat could you wear? The only thing you could wear as a HAT that doesn't overlap is it like the old castle horns from what I seen. Anything else basically weirdly overlaps it. And closest thing to those you can get now is the admin event horns with the bandana. Except now the bandana will directly overlap on top of it.

All for all the hood is basically crap now. You can't really wear it with anything really without it being weirdly overlapping. Anything it would work good with is an accessory item like the capes. The hood basically is a lot less valuable now because you can't do anything with it. To be frank it doesn't even make sense to put it as an accessory, Accessories should be small things that wouldn't go on the head. The Hood would still be a hood which would be drawn over the head.
