The only fix including 'upload tokens' I would like to see is it give you ONE token when you refund. That token, which you receive when you refund your head, body, or other personal custom, being equivalent to the value of a single upload of the same type.

Basically, give players an upload of the same type back so that later on it has equivalent value instead of a depreciated value on their investment. I appreciate that bozz man is hungry and all, but ripping people off isn't going to serve anyone in the long term.

The lack of transparency in this sort of move shows that there is either a lack of marketing and branding knowledge in the company... or a lack of concern for the customers/consumers. But... the excellent customer service, snappy responses, and courteous support staff speak for themselves.

If you spent any time at all investigating the system in place or the hundreds of threads in this forum explaining what's wrong with it and how to fix it, you would know there are tons of better options than silently stealing from players.

Even more lucrative ones.
