Rusix. I know you aren't bad and you are just pointing fingers blindly and or just calling out military. But I would appreciate if you listen to what I have to say on such matter.
First of all, Military people do not really ifile. I mean there are parts where some of the wannabe militaries or some of the just 10 year old ran militaries wish to use random military files. But your more modern advance ones, in game. For Example... the Old Republic or old state used there on created body. If not then the old state got it somewhere back in 09' which was before most people's time on graal.
Second of All, militaries have a rep of being annoying. If anything they get their heads from the depot or make them on their own, example macbeth, Kevlar, Auel. I mean if you honestly think about it and you would have had to be in militaries at one point...not one of those idiots or somewhat intelligent people know how to ifile...with an exception of your military hackers.
Finally, my point is military people aren't known for their rep of ifiing their reputation of being annoying/nuisance. and that they do not ifile (95% of them don't).

I'm not sure if you are familar with being inside them, But a lot more ifile than you think. When I was in Sehzan's cringe military almost everyone ifiled, Literally they all went on like a ifile spree on kik a few times. whatever military auel was in also had a crap ton of ifilers. Sarovia(Sorry if I spelled it wrong i don't bother keeping up with the names of these militaries) but they also did.
Not saying every military person ifiles, But a lot more do than you may think. Unless that changed within the year I was helping in the cringe military guilds which i feel is unlikely. They basically would get a rep for both ifiling and being annoying. Hell Octane literally even personally asked me to ifile for him multiple times

On google chrome you can just open the developer tools and pick all uploads out of the network tab after you go to a specific persons profile
If you want to try even harder you can just check temporary cache files or download a tool that can monitor your network to intercept the files
What I’m saying though is that there is no point in trying to make uploads harder to get.
It’s how classic makes a lot of its money, if it wasn’t for stealing uploads classic would be missing out on a lot of its potential income so it’s a bad move for their game to begin with

Classic would probably still make money either way, it anything I'd honestly say there wouldn't be a difference. If the ability to remove ifilers happened. You'd get more people willing to do GFX, which in terms makes more GFX people which makes more uploads, As well as it gives a point to have your own GFX site and so on.which would just result in more people uploading things
