Over 402,000 kills and still don’t see an issue. Don’t kill the same player back to back, simple. The only concern is when large amounts of players are in a single level in which kills wouldn’t count; that needs to be tweaked.

Try holding a tower and only having one or two attackers. You'll realize you gain nothing from holding the tower.
