Yeah, I see your point. Certain people could VPN to countries in asia when they're really from europe, and then say they're on a "business trip", "vacation" or "internship." I think this will only be used for player sided messages from NPCs like "check back at 9:00 for your new bounty!" rather then the "must wait inbetween bounties" message.

Otherwise I don't like this at all. For example, you could be a girl PC sparrer in the guild (endeavor), VPN to canada, but say you're from texas (where the server is so you'd have no delay), but have a considerable delay/lag when your flag is canadian while also saying it's a flag glitch. It's obvious you're lying but there isn't an effective anti-VPN measure so you'd get away with it.

This is purely theoretical, and I used endeavor only because they're one of the top spar guilds rn and I have immense respect for them. They'd NEVER cheat or break the rules and I know this because they reported every other gst team last season because they thought they might have been breaking rules, so don't take this the wrong way anyone.
