Amount of GP staff on hand shouldn’t be a problem either. GST is on a Saturday, a day that most people have off from other responsibilities such as school or work, and it isn’t like they can’t just hire more for the occasion either. The only real acceptable excuse here is “We are too lazy.” In the end, this game is just a hobby, the game can only advance if those in power care enough to change it, and they don’t seem to care whatsoever as evidenced by three years of no “new guild system” among other empty promises.

How you can call voluntary workers lazy is way beyond my understanding. Also to hire someone that can be trusted probably is not as easy as you think. People aren’t simply going to spend one week end every month to host a gst for free, Im sure if they got paid they wouldn’t mind...
Although I do agree the new guild system is was over due, Graal only has 1/2 actual paid developers that pretty much have to specialise in all fields rather than focusing on just one ? Correct me if I’m wrong ofc. This probably is where the issue is there simply no enough staff to produce content to a decent level.
