You shouldn't make such a big deal out of it, there is a lot heads getting ifiled on a daily base, as long as there no anti ifile system you shouldn't get triggered about it and just live with it.

Permission as what are you trying to assert? I had requests, and as you know, peopler requests some formal looking heads and others simply want heads from their favorite artists/anime characters. Now, I made a 69 because it was a request, so permission for what exactly? Totally understanle by your part.
