Not entirely sure where you came up to that conclusion, Especially considering ive actually listed dozens of ways of how delay could be legitimately made. I did work as a CTA assistant for about 6 years now for my school and for other places. But if i need to remind and make a list to 20 most basic reasons that delay or lag can happen and how it isn't based on your country for however that flawed process of thought ever became to be is beyond me.

I'm not the smartest guy here by any means, but I think the correlation people make between delay and a country is the distance info travels?
