Zach talks about his experience on Graal and how he created a town called Deadwood with Azrael (Ex-Admin), probably back in 2010-11. I don't know about you, but this video was kind of a motivation for me. He's probably like 2-3 year older than me, and he and his friends are already taking off pretty high with coding knowledges (at least what he claims in the video). I've been to Hackathons and other CS events, it's not easy unless you really like coding so much. They're very enthusiastic about it, it's very nice to see.

If anyone here creates a video about Graal Coding (GCode/Gscript) for the video contest, you'll have my vote over any other cool videos. Motivate these youngsters to actually get into codings and let them stay ahead of the game.
