So are you going to match the Graalian's registered email address to the form? If it doesn't match, are you even going notify that the voter's vote got nullified?
What's your plan for flooding new account registration? For last 7 years, they manually approved to prevent spammy accounts, but with this event I'd expect like 100+ new register request every day. Do they even qualify for voting?

If the voter's email doesn't match their registration email, I plan to send them a forum message asking if they were the one who voted and nullify their vote unless the user tells me it was their vote. Should we go the Google form route, it will be clearly stated that your email needs to match the one on your Graalians.com account.
I'm considering adding a cut off date (ex. accounts created after some date don't get to vote) so people don't try and register a bunch of new alternate accounts to cheat the system.
I don't think registration will be flooded, though. Should I have reason to believe otherwise?
I'm just discussing the voting methods and they aren't set in stone quite yet.
