3pm-8pm EST is best imo, everyone is back from school and still awake then on a school night

that'd be like 4am-8am my time. If I'm going to get up at ungodly hours for the sake of the people on the other side of the world I'd like to just do it once lmao. I'll probably only host the event twice...maaaaybe 3 times depending. One of those times will probably be super early.
