Turns out that you have a six hour grace period in which you can refund an upload for full price.

Also, the grace period for full refunds on gif uploads has now ended. It's been a few months now I believe, but if you still have one with a visible background or some other issue contact staff and we can refund it (as long as that issue would have meant it getting denied in the first place!).
