You still aren't answering my question. If you didn't just want people to buy gralat packs to get it, then why did you make it so expensive so it would be rare, when you could have still made it as a rare drop from baddys and npcs, one way the only way to be one of the people to get it would be chance, youd need to be lucky. The way you made it requires getting all that money to be one of the few to buy it., which would take a month to earn that much money without gralat packs.
