Not knowing your current down/up doesn't help...

Just go there and test it real quick. Plus 10mb download is not bad...at all...most people are lucky to get a few mb.

There are things you can do to minimize your ping. (Depending if your on wired or wireless)
First go to pingtest.net and test your ping.
