He does have a point but i think that it could become more. The limit of technology could lag though. There are plenty of willing pixel artists that would make the graphics and effects. This could also be a different server though, because it would be to much of an RPG and less like the 'classic' classic. iClassic is not how it used to be.

EDIT: There could be a BETA server that you could test everything out on and report bugs and how you like it.
