It should be used for sharing Gralats. For example a friend wants to give you some Money. Like you can store money, saved with a password. Anyone can use it who know it. For any insecurity the password should have between 5 and 10 chars and/or numbers. It can be changed whenever you want for free
Edit: There should be a max. amount of Gralats you can store and a friend can withdraw.

I can just imagine the guys with 500k who go retrieve their money from the bank to upload some customs. They forget to re-deposit, get killed, and the PKer gets a free 50k.
