Yes, they should accept more player hats. Or actually assign the graphics staff or graphics artists (depending on who made the hat) to make a different, unqiue hat. Not make one and recolor it 3 different times. If each graphics artist or graphics staff made a different unique hat, it would put some "color" and "variety" into the shops.
