there should also be a event where it's a RPS Tournament (rock Paper Scissors Tournament.) don't steal my ideas xP

It's luck... The tournament idea is plain dumb. But I like the betting idea. Although people could use it to just exchange money. Like bet me 2k in RPS and let me win for status codes.
