Follow his site to the .gif image tutorials. Download what he tells you (they are safe, I checked). Basically it's like a post-it-note animation. Just edit one image, save it, edit it, save it. Then when you are ready, insert them into the .gif maker and it will create a .gif image out of them. (Make sure to save all original editted files as .gif and not .png). This site is the quickest and easiest to understand in my opinion
