Every 10 kills, you receive 1 Bounty Point, which you can either trade for 100 gralats.

I would say more like 25-40 Gralats, usual PKers make around 300-500 kills daily, so actually they will be getting massive ammounts of Gralats really quickly, sounds good for users, but it is not the idea.
