It doesn't matter if their graphics are REALLY good,We have enough people in the graphics team what they lack on have are scripters that can help develop content.

It doesn't hurt to have more people working on graphics. It can help speed things up. You're right that we do lack scripters and that should be a top priority finding them to work on the projects they're doing.
