And as with most cases, Stefan is the problem here, attack him. Fight him. Spam him, he is the one stopping a trade system from being implemented. He is the reason scamming still happens, he is the reason you can't safely trade.

It's his stubborn money lusting ways ruining the game, even if he made it, he is doing a horrible job at running it.
