There should be a shady little place with three tables. Each table has a random holiday item on it. These items would last for a week at a time without notice of change, before being replaced with a new random item.

So one week you could have Tacos, Candy Cane and the Halloween Sword.
Then, the next week you have Bone Sword, Holiday Cookies and St. Patrick's head.

Actually, it'd be better to make every table a type of item.
1) Melee, 2)Stock Items/Food 3)Hats.  

Then why will there be something called "Rare"?  

Like classic's World of Nexus shop. Opened for like three days I think or so.  

id rather see a shop system like on era with limited item stocks. once the stock is empty it will stay empty and randomly change to another item with a refilled stock, meaning it wont update immediately

So you mean a stock system similar to Era Pc? Actually not bad idea. The price can be expensive but players will have to check frequently to make sure their favourite item is on stock.

I feel for those people who miss holidays and/or couldn't save enough gralats for items on those days. This is a small window/oppurtunity to get those items.
