It's not random. They don't just pick someone out of a hat and have them be the newest PR. They watch people, make sure that they're good, then they get together and start talking about who would make the next best admin.

They aren't hiring anymore as far as I've heard. The only sectors which you have a slight chance it (that's if your epic) is either gfx or levelling. Good luck with that  Oh, and you have to be accepted by every admin I think. |
