Fixed.

Remember folks, being on any wall is going to kick you off your horse. I simply made it a little more forgiving. Eating bushes and sitting there and letting them spawn under you is going to be considered sitting on a wall. Sitting on a player in a PK-enabled area is also considered being on a wall. Sadly this is necessary because of people exploiting horses to glitch over walls, but at least it isn't quite as anal anymore. Hopefully though people can now figure out that sitting in a bush field is going to kick them off their horse... avoid doing stuff like this.
