Facebook problem

I think there is a problem. I cant seem to wear an outfit I got from space, ie. space hat. Anyway some guy told me I cant cause I played on Facebook. So anyway how can I wear it then?

Facebook shouldn't have this problem, I play on facebook once in a while and can switch hats. The only thing I can think of is that you haven't paid for era+ which I think you can pay for it with money on facebook or something? I wouldn't know much about it since I used my idevice to pay for era+.
