Started the test and after the first question I already know its not a proper IQ test-it's based on preaccumulated knowledge and assumptions rather than information processing. It doesn't just test your intellectual ability to process information, but also what you already know and the way in which you think(rather than your ability to think.) Took it for the hell of it, didn't use a calculator or google or any of that. I can tell you the test is bs, I've taken a real IQ test and I'm not nearly as high as it says I am. edit: took it again without half assing it as much. took it a third time, this time I actually legitimately considered my answers and put thought into the stupid patterns they used to make up their test. Didn't just give up if I couldn't figure something out in 10 seconds like I did the first 2 times. Didn't look up the answers or anything. It's ****ing stupid. When I took an IQ test when I was 8 I scored a 128(and I legit tryharded it). Now I take this ****ty online test and I score a 161(yes, I inputted age/gender right). It's so inaccurate, intelligence is supposed to remain the same as one ages so I know its wrong. Honestly though IQ tests are really only accurate if every participant tries their absolute best, as if there's a huge cash prize on the line or something. If that's not present, IQ tests measure effort more than they measure how smart you are. I don't trust them at all except as a bit of a guideline. Anyways, don't put yourself down if you get a low score, this test is a load of BS.

Ok so I decide to go through the test again so it'll let me check the answers(apparently the option isn't there until you finish the test)... WTF LOL. I even get one of the questions wrong and it still gave me that ridiculous number... brb gonna see what score I get if I get them all right(Now that I looked at the answers). lol 199. Apparently getting the hardest question on the test right(the one with all the 4 sided figures) makes the difference of 1 point. |
